Adeola is a Project Manager and Operations Specialist with over 15 years of work experience providing solutions to various companies across multiple sectors. Her work experience spans across management consulting, business development, human resources and accounting.

Adeola is a disciplined professional with uncompromising integrity who strives for excellence. She heads the operations department at Blue Advisory and oversees the team of Management Consultants. She brings with her a wealth of experience that has enabled her lead several projects to successfully and positively impact both clients and the organization.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from the UK, the PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate and an Excel Appreciation certificate from the Lagos Business School (LBS). She obtained a BSc. in Accounting from Lagos State University.

Adeola is passionate about youth capacity development. She continues to improve herself by participating in courses and attending value adding webinars.
