Our client, a leading investment company, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meeting
  •  Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  •  Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action item
  •  Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other required documentation
  •  Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
  •  Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  •  Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of business administration and office management principles
  • Knowledge of travel management best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
