Our client, a leading investment company, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meeting
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action item
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other required documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business administration and office management principles
- Knowledge of travel management best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
