Our client, a growing organization in the caregiving industry, is looking to hire a Sales & Client Onboarding Officer in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, partnerships, and outbound outreach
  • Manage inbound enquiries and convert prospects into active clients through effective engagement and follow-up
  • Track leads and conversion activities to ensure opportunities are properly managed and closed
  •  Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and follow-up activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  •  Support client retention by ensuring a seamless onboarding and engagement experience
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and deeper client engagement
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding efficiency and overall client experience

Job Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, client service, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Experience managing client relationships, onboarding processes, or lead conversion is an added advantage
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  •  Excellent client onboarding and relationship management abilities
  • Sales and client acquisition experience is an advantage
