Our client, a growing organization in the caregiving industry, is looking to hire a Sales & Client Onboarding Officer in Lagos, Nigeria.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, partnerships, and outbound outreach
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert prospects into active clients through effective engagement and follow-up
- Track leads and conversion activities to ensure opportunities are properly managed and closed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and follow-up activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Support client retention by ensuring a seamless onboarding and engagement experience
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and deeper client engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding efficiency and overall client experience
Job Requirements:
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, client service, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles
- Experience managing client relationships, onboarding processes, or lead conversion is an added advantage
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent client onboarding and relationship management abilities
- Sales and client acquisition experience is an advantage
