Opeyemi is the Managing Partner and a Co-Founder at Blue Advisory. She began her career in IT then transitioned into management consulting with one of the ‘Big 4’ consulting firms. Sequel to this, she served as the Business Development Manager in one of Nigeria’s largest commercial law firms, driving strategy formulation & implementation, handling operations optimization and providing strategic support to the management board.

At Blue Advisory, Opeyemi provides advisory services to businesses across their entire lifecycle: from ideation to launch; growth to maturity. She works with clients to envision and define clear strategies; set up structures to aid operational efficiency; and transform their businesses into institutions. Her clients include companies operating across various industries including Financial Technology, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Professional Services, Retail and Not-For-Profit.

She holds an MBA (with distinction) from Warwick Business School where she received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and a BSc. in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University. Her desire to effect positive change has driven her commitment to collaborate with various organizations to enable growth and innovation through thought leadership.

One of the campaigns in which she collaborated was a Business Clinic which offered free business advisory to over 200 entrepreneurs. She has been invited to speak in various seminars and has a number of published articles.
