Our mandate was to transform the company from a small business to one with institution-level structures.

Working with the leadership team, we implemented a structured assessment of the company’s current state and guided its transformation. The transformation was designed to be organisation wide and touched on all key operating areas including Corporate Governance, Human Resources, Financial Control and Reporting, Compliance and Risk Management, etc.

The portfolio company achieved an 80% institutionalisation ranking within the first 90 days (up from 23% at the start of the project).
